Any way to Create Customer facing Custom Buttons within Subscriptions in the Customer Portal?

In Zoho Subscriptions, we can create custom buttons and allow our staff to interact with those custom buttons. Is there any way or any plans to allow a custom button to be assigned to the customer so that the customer can click it from within the customer portal?


If this could be implemented it opens up a ton of use cases for most people/most organizations. For us, we don't allow our customers to directly cancel their subscriptions, but an example of a use case for us would be to create a button for the customer that was labeled "Request Cancellation" and if the customer clicks it we run a custom function and send an email if needed to our billing team if certain conditions were met, or automate other follow-up.

The custom button would be displayed in the customer portal on the subscription and could live really anywhere. Here are two suggestions:



I think custom buttons that are accessible to customers within subscriptions in the customer portal open up many opportunities for creativity and I hope that Zoho can implement this in the near future.
