Are customers able to access Zoho Chat?
I am evaluating Zoho for use in our customer care center and have a question about the chat. I see where it seems to be specifically created to be an internal chat between colleagues and groups. The majority of our customer contact will be online chats so I need to know if this internal chat can be utilized as a Website chat program or do we need to fine a compatible, integratable 3rd party chat program?
Since I am on a free trial I cannot test the PhoneBridge add-on but if anyone has this feature installed and is using it, I would be most interested in any feedback from you on this topic.
