Assign/Route by time hours

Hi,

I was trying to create an Assignment Rule by office hours but the criteria in Assign/Route and Workflows for field CreationTime only let me work with dates instead of times. So I can create a rule to assign tickets to a team after, before or between dates. What I want to do is to assign a ticket to a team between, e.g., 7-17 hours, and after 17 assign the tickets to another team. Is there any way to do that?
