Assignine new users to projects from One Admin Panel
Hi!
We have around 600 active and 500 archived projects and each of them is assigned to one of 9 groups. We have around 80 users right now from 6 departments. Each department manages 1 or eventually 2 groups of projects (50-200 projects per department).
We are facing similar problems whenever a new user joins our organisation because we need to assign to him all projects from a specific group but there is no functionality like this for now in Zoho One (we can search projects only basing on their name). As you can imagine it's frustrating...
The worst part is that the new users must let us know every time they aren't added to a specific project and it happens quite frequently.
Could you add functionality in Zoho One to assign users to projects basing on groups? After selecting one group the user would be added to all projects from that group.
It would be very helpful.
