I have been searching for a way to add multiple technicians on a request ticket. Often we have more than one technician working on the same problem, and this feature is necessary to accurately track progress made on the same issue.
Also, is it possible to assign a request to a "Queue" - or "Group" of people, and then have that group of people pick up the ticket? For example:
- A user submits a request regarding a broke phone
- The request is assigned to the Telecom queue
- A Telecom technician picks up the ticket
