Assistance Required: Email Configuration Issues for Domain clearskyaerials.net

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing issues with my email configuration after linking my domain, clearskyaerials.net, to Zoho Mail. I followed the DKIM setup guide and successfully configured it. While I can now send emails, I am unable to receive them.

Details of the Issue:

  1. SPF Record Issue:

    • When attempting to add the SPF record, I encountered an error: "DNS @ is invalid". I could not successfully configure the SPF record. Host name has been left blank instead of @
  2. Email Receiving Issue:

    • When attempting to receive emails, the sender receives the following error message:

      Your message was not delivered because the remote server is misconfigured. 553 relaying disallowed

Steps Taken:

  • DKIM has been configured as per Zoho’s guide.
  • MX records are set as per Zoho’s recommendations.

Request for Assistance:

  • Could you check and help me resolve the SPF record configuration issue?
  • Please review my domain’s DNS and relay settings to ensure they are correctly configured to receive emails.
