Associate email with different contact?

Associate email with different contact?

I'm often forwarded an email that I need to associate with a specific contact or lead in Zoho CRM.  The contact is usually in the header information, but lower down in the email since they did not directly email me.  Is there a way to associate the email with the correct contact in Zoho CRM using the Outlook plugin?
