Attempt #1,000..... HOW TO GET SUPPORT FROM ZOHO ONE
Yet again I'm on here begging Zoho One to contact us and provide some support. This is beyond crazy. I finally got in touch with someone after months of begging. His name was Ranga and he said he was going to call me on Monday. It's now Tuesday. Another week has gone by and we cannot get super simple customer support with our account.
I have been begging Zoho to pay them more money for premium support yet they refuse to get back to us. I thought Zoho was some huge company but as we get further into our relationship with them I'm noticing it's a really small community and mostly "one man shows"......Maybe this software is not built for companies like ours with 30 employees?
If this continues I'm 100% going to take my business elsewhere. So sick of this.
