attendees not able to see my remote presentation

Greetings--

I'm having trouble with the remote presentation feature of Zoho Show.  It seems that attendees are not able to view the presentations that I make remote.  When they view the URL of a presentation, it says that it hasn't been started yet (but it has).

I have played around with this on my own by using two different browsers--trying in Internet Explorer to view the URL of a presentation I'm showing in Firefox (and vice versa), but no luck.  Any ideas?  I have the latest versions of both browsers.
