Audio/video quality issues with Zoho Meeting – Any roadmap for improvement?

Hi Zoho Team,

We’ve been using Zoho Meeting for both internal and external meetings, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently poor. The video and audio quality are so unreliable that it often renders meetings ineffective—especially with external participants who expect a baseline of clarity and stability similar to what Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet provide.

We’ve already gone through the recommended “tuning” of our account, but the changes had little to no noticeable effect.

At this point, I have a few direct questions:

  1. Are there concrete plans to improve the core performance of Zoho Meeting?

  2. If so, is there an estimated timeline for these improvements?

  3. Is the current quality level considered acceptable by your standards?

I would appreciate a clear and transparent update rather than the usual request for a meeting ID, which hasn’t helped so far.
