We have just been through each of our unavailable times for each of our 9 resources and each one had 3-4 dates we had set as closed, so had to delete about 40 dates manually.

Can I suggest that after the event has passed it is auto deleted? or at least has a button to delete all past un-available events with one click for all un-available events?

Also am I missing something where I could set one un-available period that would cover all resources in one?

I cannot see a need to know we were closed last month!
