Hi,

We want to add a preferred name field to the contacts in Zoho CRM, and use it as our "default" name field when sending emails.  So we can do this, we want to ensure that preferred name is always captured.

I know we could do this by making it mandatory, but I'd like to prefill it with the first name if preferred name is empty.

Does anyone know how to write a function for this?
