I'm currently working on automating another workflow using Deluge in the Service_Appointment module. Specifically, I want to automatically create a Note under the “Notes” section (Service Appointment module) whenever a Service Appointment is created.
The Note should include details of all Equipment resources assigned to the Service Appointment. Below are the details I would like to include in the Note content:
Equipment Name
Equipment Serial Number (Equipment_Serial_Number)
Calibration Status (Calibration_Status__C)
Calibration Due Date (Calibration_Due1__C)
Owner (Owner__C)
I would appreciate your team's support in helping me achieve this automation through Deluge.
