This integration lets you add document signing to any automated workflow built using n8n—no manual hand-offs or custom API work. You can trigger signature requests the moment a form is submitted, a CRM record is updated, or a database entry changes. Plus, you can track document status in real time, and automatically kick off downstream actions when a document is signed, declined, or recalled.

Workflows in n8n support branching, conditional logic, and iteration, so they can adapt to how your team actually operates. You can also connect Zoho Sign with 400+ apps through n8n, so it fits naturally into whatever stack you're already running.

Automation in n8n is built around nodes, which define how data flows through a workflow.

There are two primary node types:

A typical flow might look like this: A user submits a form, which kicks off the workflow. The system then generates a document, sends it via Zoho Sign for signature, and keeps the relevant team notified for every action until the process is complete.

The Zoho Sign node is available directly from the n8n community node registry. Authenticate once with your Zoho Sign credentials and you're ready to build.
