Automatic Close Task When Field Update

I've tried all forms of contact with Zoho and this still can't be figured out. I was told to just changed the task in the workflow to "Complete" but if I do that, it'll edit the task for every single workflow..

Scenario:

When a new lead comes in it assigns task "Contact New Lead" with "Status: Not Yet Started". After the sales rep makes their first call, they update a field titled "Made Call 1". After that field is updated, the task "Contact New Lead" should close automatically and a new task should be created..

Any idea how this can be done? Would be most appreciated.
