Automatically Link Activity to Contact on Outlook Sync...
I asked this question a month ago but got no response:
In ACT, if you add an event or task in Outlook and sync it using Companionlink, it will automatically link it to the correct Contact, Account (or multiple contacts, accounts & products because it has N:N relationships!)
Anyway - is there a way to add this feature to the Zoho Outlook Plugin? That way you wouldn't have to go into Zoho after you sync the activity and then have to link it, it would all be seamless.
The sync software then searches the ACT database and links to correct contact. It's very simple and works by adding the following to the "Notes" section of the activity:
Link: John Doe
At: ABC Company
