Basically, when I send an email from Outlook, I want it to automatically hit the CRM app. I don't want to have to do anything extra. I could live with a rule that if I put "cc" into the subject it automatically hits the CRM app. Just make it easy without additional clicking of the mouse.

Send and done.

Right now I have Outlook 2003 with the CRM addin. I have a Gmail account that all email is copied to. I have a new Google Apps domain that I'm testing Zoho on, for grins. What's the easiest way to get this done?

Last, I do a lot of email from my WebOS phone. (Will probably never leave it. Love it.) I would want integration with the CRM from the "cloud" as well. When I send an email using the Exchange server via the WebOS phone, will the plug in pick it up? Doubt it. Could I use Gmail to make this happen somehow? 

Thoughts?
