Automation / Supervise / Time-based Rule - not sending?
My time-based rule is not sending emails as designed, please advise on what I have missed:
Name: 36hr reminder
Business hours: Calendar
Criteria: Status / is / Awaiting Customer
Hours since agent responded / is Greater Than / 36
Actions: Alert = Reminder email
Also notify: Record Creator & Notify Contact
Solve Ticket (assignment value): status -> Solved
