I wonder if you could help. Im looking at setting up automations within our Zoho One package but I am confused which one to use as our automation would be cross the different options for example:-
If someone is tagged as something in Zoho CRM then to be sent the campaign automation in Zoho Campaigns – if they are untagged then that automation stops. We would also need to flag to the CRM owner if a recipient of an email in Zoho Campaigns responds to something in the email i.e. clicks a link to book a demonstration.
Would you advise whether it is best to use Blueprint, Automations in Zoho Campaigns or Workflows?
