Backups

When I try a simple backup, and select the SPREADSHEET format, I get nothing that I can use. In the past it would ask for location to save the file, but now I am immediately kicked out, and I can see a file that ZOHO prepared, but it only contains 2 lines (appears to be the first and the last). None of the hundreds in the middle. I cannot find that file anywhere on my hard drive.

With all the changes being made recently to ZOHO, It makes me nervous that I cannot backup any of my several databases. I haven't seen any changes you have made in the past 6 months that are good for me, but instead make it harder to update my files.
