Here's yet another Zoho Creator issue that we've been waiting for 21 days now for a fix. Long story short, Twillio and Clockwork SMS texts integrations are not working and we can't send texts from our Creator App. Very simple support request. It's 21 days now and they refuse to tell us anything at all other than they are working on it and excuse the delay.

Should I find another solution? I have not done so yet because I'm of course waiting to here back from you.

21 days? I'll gladly pay you more money if it means you'll actually help us. This is whack. Worst support I've ever experienced in all of my years. I think we need to find a Zoho competitor that operates in the US. The rest of the world just hasn't caught up yet...
