Before you migrate from Gmail to Zoho Mail read this.
We recently migrated from Gmail to Zoho Mail and found email intermittently stopped syncing with CRM. This is the response from Premium Support;
"if you want the email to be shown in record then you will have to unarchive the particular email" "either you can unarchive and see it in record and if you want all the archived emails also to be seen, then we would suggest gmail".
Surely Zoho could provide a better answer than that. Any one have ideas?
