Best use of PRODUCTS feature for an events business

Hi all,

How would you approach the products feature for a business events' company?
Since we are new-comers, we are trying to avoid future headaches or just make the best of use of the set off features  available.

How would you suggest organizing our events in MH products feature to get the most value?

- Per event brand?
To create one single product per event brand, such as "CEO Summit".

- Per edition?
To create multiple products per each yearly edition, such as "CEO Summit 2019", "CEO Summit 2020", and so on.
