Blank plugin in outlook 2016 64 bit

Blank plugin in outlook 2016 64 bit

Hi I have installed the Outlook plugin (ZOHO CRM) to day. I seem to be able to login (two factor), but the plugin stays blank.

What do I do wrong?

I have the ZOHO CRM for email (old one?) plugin installed as well from back in the days. That almost works
I purchases pro licens today
