Hi, I’ve been using Zoho Books for several years and am now looking to improve my customer service. I'm experimenting with Zoho Desk and want to sync and map my client data from Zoho Books.

However, it seems that mapping requires both contacts to have the same email address. Is there another way to link them? I don’t collect email addresses from my clients, as all our interactions happen via WhatsApp. It seems logical to me that we should be able to map them using phone numbers as well.
