Bounced Back Emails_Zoho CRM
Hello Everyone,
We've set up a workflow rule to automate sending Renewal Reminder
emails to our clients, with this, bounced back emails are inevitable.
What could be the possible ways to prevent this from happening? Is there
a way we could solve this?
Also, is it
possible that we could monitor the emails that are bounced back? or Is
there a monitoring that we could use for our reference? or a
notification email?
