I was looking into marketplace to get idea on designing my application. The first application i found is "Order Management". In some of the reports (views), it has given button to perform some actions. For example in "Pending delivery", it shows list of items, which needs to be delivered. For each items, it has given one button called "Delivered".

When you click on button "Delivered", the entry will moved from "Pending delivery" view. 

I want to implement same where in in my form view called "Leads", once my company start doing business with them, i want to convert it to "Contact". 

Can someone help me to provide guide or any other material, which shows how to create button in view?
