I would like to add fields in my Zoho CRM Campaigns to track marketing performance. Below are a few items that I'd like to track:
- Cost per Lead
- Cost per Sale
- Profit per Sale
- Response Rate
- Sale Closing Rate
Any help with a formula to do that? How can I create a formula to count the number of Leads and Sales? That is essential to the equation. Those metrics are featured in this third-party modified version of Zoho so I know it is possible: https://vimeo.com/123087304
