I am trying to create a subscribe form in Campaigns offering multiple topics for subscription. I create using a long form template, select "allow multiple topics", add the topics to the form, save, and preview, but it doesn't save the topics options on the form. It has the header text ("please choose a topic") but not the topics themselves. 

Why is this not working, and what's the fix?
