Can't start remote!

Hello,

I've been trying to start a remote presentation but my attendees always receive this message:

Presentation not yet started. Please wait...

I tried to make them public before starting the remote but I couldn't make it work. It happens with all my presentations, included those iI presented remotely in the past. Am I doing something wrong??
