Can I auto assign ticket follower with a workflow rule?

Can I auto assign ticket follower with a workflow rule?

In my Account section I have a Custom field called CSM with the name of a CSM, and all my CSM have Light Agent profiles.
 
I'd like to auto assign this light agent as a follower of the ticket.

Something along the line of 
"if 'Account CSM field' = 'Light agent name' then assign 'light agent' as a follower of the ticket"

Is that a custom function you can help me with?
