Can I create a rule that assigns tickets created on a certain day of the week to a specific agent?

Can I create a rule that assigns tickets created on a certain day of the week to a specific agent?

One of our agents works four days a week. On the day she isn't woking, I want to automatically assign all tickets generated that day to another specific agent.

I see I can create this rule on specific, one off dates, but can I create a rule that recurs weekly?
