Can I upload or create a document for sharing which is part protected (view only) and part editable.

Hi I'm translating a website from English to Hebrew and Arabic.
I want to create an online document for translators that
includes the English text which is protected and cannot be changed
and an editable area for entering the Hebrew/Arabic translation.
Can I create this type of form in Zoho, and is there support for
Hebrew/Arabic?
