I haven't made any changes to my app, but I can no longer submit and post data from mobile devices.  I used to do this successfully from Apple and Android devices.  Now instead of getting a "data submitted" confirmation, I am presented with a "please wait" response that continues to hang.

 

The application continues to work just fine from Windows 7 IE
