I can not sign in Member Portal. The sign in option in portal shows nothing from google chrome and from firefox i get this information

Also i have sign up a test account in member portal but in the member portal page i found no member. But when i tried to invite the same email from portal page it should that the email is already exist. But i don't see any member in the portal.
