Can not sign up email hosting because "This domain is already associated with this account ..."

I registered my domain www.tapchimeyeube.com with Zoho system for email hosting
To verify the system account I user tel number: +84907776272
However, I
couln't received the verify code on +84907776272
The problem that I didn't finish register email hosting with the domain tapchimeyeube.com
Now I resign up email hosting and I can not do anything more because your zoho always issue "* This domain is already associated with this account "*****72"
Could you please help me to delete the record or give any action so that I can register the domain tapchimeyeube.com
