Can't access my uploaded documents

All of a sudden I can't view or download the documents that are uploaded to my application. Last week my staff and I could. Now they are denied access (even though they are granted access) and When I click on them nothing comes up. Anyone experience this? There is nothing in field permissions that has been changed.
