i am unable to add a user. i have added four users but whenever i try to add kiran.yadav@jeewanpublicschool.org, it says that the user is already invited.

but whenever i go to to the list of invitations, it shows the said user as PENDING invitation. i deleted the invitation and tried numerous times but could not succeed.

Moreover, i am using cPanel server. My control panel is prompting me to configure the SPF and DKIM but i do not know the process as it is not elaborated for cPanel online.
