Can't BCC emails on Zoho Campaigns

Can't BCC emails on Zoho Campaigns

I don't see how I can BCC my ZohoBCC box in Zoho Campaigns.  This means that responses from emails sent from Zoho Campaigns don't get into the Zoho CRM.  I'm stuck since Zoho CRM doesn't have a way to get emails into the Zoho CRM from emails that weren't BCC'ed to the ZohoBCC box!

Any ideas?
