Can't delete old alias.

Hello,

Same problem as others have had. I had an old domain, and set up an email address with that old domain. I got a new domain, and deleted the old domain from zoho. But, the old email address remains as an alias. This is even worse because the old alias appears to be default (even though it is not primary). I don't know how many emails I've sent from the wrong alias by mistake. I can't find how to make my primary address also default.

I can't delete the old alias. The error "The input passed is invalid." comes up. I have waited much longer than the 6 hours that I have seen in other answers to this issue.

Please, could zoho delete the alias *@cartier****.com?
