Can't delete Zoho CRM Outlook Plug in

I am trying to uninstall (move to Trash) the Zoho CRM Outlook Plugin so I can reinstall.  I had this problem before & sadly did not save the steps.  I run Sierra 10.12.3.  I have control clicked, opened contents and deleted the plug in folder, and then tried but still get an error message that plug in is open and can't be move to trash bin even Outlook & Chrome were forced quit & I restarted the computer.

Any thoughts?
