I was using the free Creator to make apps for our business Zoho CRM account. It was nicely integrated with the CRM. Now I need to move past the free account. Our account owner/administrator just upgraded to the Zoho Creator to the Standard paid version. I was added to this creator account as a developer. I was added using the same email I've used in Zoho CRM and the free Creator. However, I am unable to access any of the new features and Creator is still listed as a free account when I log in.
How do I reach the upgraded version of creator?
Note that we've experienced this problem before on other Zoho products. The account holder should be able to upgrade individual users or entire organizations without forcing users to upgrade themselves yet upgrades by the account holder don't seem to pass through to users.
