Can't receive, but can send emails after transferring domain to another domain provider

Can't receive, but can send emails after transferring domain to another domain provider

Hi, I transfered may domain to another domain provider (not hosting). 

So I had to setup my mx records again on that provider platform. 

I don't know if I need another ZB code, and if I do, I don't know where to get it. 

I can send emails, but cannot receive them, and I need them urgently...
