Can't Receive Notification of Application Completed

Can't Receive Notification of Application Completed

I've been to the Notification area and added my mails, but when I fill out and submit my application form I get no notification or copy of the submitted form in my email.

Puzzled. I'm sure it's something simple but I can't figure it.

Please help.
