We have setup Zoho Reports so that it syncs automatically, every 24 hours, with our CRM database.
We created several custom fields in the Tasks module several weeks ago that I can not see in the Report Builder. This is strange behavior, as I *have been* able to use custom fields in reports on many occasions before. For some reason, I am not seeing them now.
Also, since we are automatically setup to sync, I don't have the option to do this:
Setup >> ZohoApps >> Advanced Analytics >> Settings >> Opportunities >> make sure your custom field is listed and checked off as part of the sync.
Can someone please advise?
