Can the new (2016) UI be implemented for old accounts?

Hi everyone,

I have the old (pre-2016) interface on my account. Is there a way to enable the new UI for old (pre-2016) accounts or am I stuck with the current interface?

I can't seem to find any button or link that enables it.
