Can the ZOHO Creator Team please explain this situation ?

I just received an email from noreply@zohocreator.com ... here is its content ...

Hi scriptedlogic,

The user orders@wmxchange.net has been added to the list of users associated with your account. Since the user has shared access to your application, he/she has been added automatically while accessing your application.

When I checked my list of users, user orders@wmxchange.net had indeed been added to my list ... so my questions are ...

1) who is this user ?

2) how did he/she get added ? ... I did not add him/her

3) Is this some kind of security breach ?

And now I find that I can not access ZOHO Creator (my Account) or the specified Application ... just a never ending "wait image" .
