Hello, 

Has anyone setup a way to email customers a Zoho Desk Community Post Digest or Trending Post Email? 

Basically what i would like to do is email my customers on a weekly basis with a list of new or trending zoho Desk Community posts so that my end users are aware of conversations that are going on and may chime in. Our goal is to start building better client adoption of our community and a key to that is getting them to be aware that posts are occurring. 

I don't really want to manually pick 5-10 posts every week to showcase in an email, ideally i would like to use campaigns or marketing automation to pull in either the most recent posts or trending posts for the current week. 

is there a way to do this? 

If your company is doing something similar can you provide some information on how you go about creating such such an email to show case Desk Community Posts?
