Can Zoho be used to deal with email inquiries?
Hello.
We receive a lot of email inquires and have a small team that answers them. We are looking to streamline our process so the inquiry emails are sent to a certain location, logged, and then we can nominate a team member to take the inquiry. Ideally it would mean that we know who has been answered, which team member has done it, and the status of the inquiry (ongoing, waiting reply, dead lead, etc.)
Are there any apps in Zoho that can do this? CRM seems the most obvious, but I am not sure if you can have it pull emails and automate the process, or if I would have to enter everything in it manually
