Cancel my current subscription and get a refund

Hi

I subscribed few hours ago to Mail Lite Plan but unfortunately it is not as I expected.

I wanted to be able to add 30 domain and 30 organisation users but the plan won’t allow me more than 1 users otherwise I will have to upgrade!

I’ve seen here that the Forever Free Plan Up to five users, 5GB/User, 25MB:

But on my paid account can only add one user or otherwise License limit reached!

So, things not very clear for me.

I would really appreciate it if you can cancel my subscription and issue a refund.

I am sorry for the cancellation but it doesn’t fit my purpose.
